These latex-free hydrocolloid patches are safe for all skin types and designed to help protect skin, heal spots and prevent picking, which can lead to scarring. They're just a little thicker than some other acne dots, so they protect your blemish better and can absorb more pus and fluids. Each box contains 40 patches in two sizes, 9mm and 12mm. PanOxyl Spot Patches contain no parabens, no fragrances, no sulfates, no dyes and no latex. To use, cleanse and dry skin. Select the patch size that covers your spot, then apply and leave on overnight. In the morning, slowly remove the patch. Cleanse and dry the affected area, and tackle the day with confidence.

I’ve used the mighty patch before and I love those too. But since I’ve removed salicylic acid from my routine and gone strictly to benzoyl I figured I’d try these out.I work from home so I definitely will wear these longer than just 7/8 hours at night. Or I might put them on in the morning and leave them on all day.Either way - these definitely work. And I think these pull out way more than the mighty patch pimple patches . I took a picture of my little patch thingy this morning after I took it off. Kinda gross - but 100% pulled all then nasty gunk from a cute chin pimple I had.

 Sirven perfecto. Las espinillas más bravas requieren usarlos dos noches seguidas. Pero las más simples desaparecen la noche que usas el parche. Además es muy cómodo porque trae varios tamaños y ya te sirve dependiendo del tamaño de la espinilla.
Les digo la verdad, se que son PM pero los he usado de día para proteger espinillas de polvo y maquillaje y acá sigo, sin las espinillas. No se que tan recomendable es usarlo de día así que no me tomen la palabra pero me imagino que es peor tener la espinilla al descubierto todo el día.
Los recomiendo siempre a quien me pregunta que llevo puesto. Son súper buenos.
Además la cantidad que trae por el precio, la verdad es que es un no brainer. Los últimos que tuve duraron como unos seis meses.
